The outside moisture has caused some serious damage to the walls in our front room. The couch has been hiding the damage but finally we decided to take care of it. Here are some pictures of Jared doing some demolition. Next Week: painting the front room and putting up crown-molding. yippee. I'm so thankful to have a husband who has the skills and knowledge to fix our home. 
We discovered that we had NO insulation or studs in the exterior walls. I hate old houses. Our next home will be bran new...

Our duplex we lived in for 6 years was a constant project... I feel your pain!
I am with you....no more old houses for me! They can be charming but are always a pain. Your bathroom looks great!
